Do you clear customs yourselves?
We prepare and coordinate the documents and work with licensed freight forwarders and customs brokers, who carry out the clearance.
Can you handle shipments from Türkiye to the USA?
Yes. That is a core use of our two-company structure. Our Istanbul sister company coordinates at the origin and we coordinate at the destination.
What if a delivery is delayed?
We alert you as soon as we know, show the effect on the site schedule, and propose a recovery option such as re-routing or a partial shipment.
Do you provide trucks and warehouses?
We plan and coordinate with carriers and storage providers rather than owning vehicles or warehouses, which lets us pick the best option for each project.
